  • JDB Solid-Lubricant-Embedded Bearing

    SLT-JDB-1 soIid lubricant embedded bushing is a new type made from strong brass and homogeneousIy embedded with solid lubricant in its body. It breaks through the limit of general bearing whose lubrication depends on oil film. So it is suitable for high temperature. heavy load, anti-corrosion, or where oiI is hard to be introduced. It is performance doubles both on hardness and wear-friction. It is now widely applied in successive casting machines, steel rollers in metallography, mineral machine, ships, steam turbine, and injection molding machines for plastics.

    SLT-JDB-2 suitable for low load position, wear performance worsens greatly when under middle or high load, it can be applied in furnace door linage, furnace, conveyor, tool machines, light industries, etc.

    SLT-JDB-3 suitable for low load position wear performance worsens when under middle or high load. The mating layer is same as JDB-2 so that more cost-saving than JDB-2 whereas compression strength increases and weldable. Most suitable for dry position in construction machinery, metallurgical machines, conveyor machines etc.

    SLT-JDB-4 very good performance when under low load. Not suitable for middle and high load. A typical cost saving material. Can substitute JDB-4 to be applied in the position without high requirements such as die guider, plastic injection machines etc.

    SLT-JDB-5 can be used under low speed rotation, middle and high load. Due to its super high hardness, when under high load, it over performs than other JDB type. Not suitable for water. Acid, aIkaIi circumstances. Most suitable for the supporting position of hoisting machine,e,g. Bulldozer supporter, hoister supporter, Crane supporter etc.

    Structure bearings

    "Rhesent" solid lubricant bearings are produced based on the high-intensity bronze alloy with orderly arranged pores of appropriate size to contain solid lubricants.

    This kind of bearing have good wear resistance, low friction, work without any oil for long period. It widely applies in the water conservancy project machinery, like dam gate bushes, tightening pulley sliding bearing, hydraulic turbine bushes, contruction machinery, bridge, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, ship and has become the stereotypia product in each kind of project machinery. To meet the requirments of the customers and to suit more applications, our company developed with the substrate material bearing for selected.

    Civil Projection

    Suitable for medical machines, textile machines and sport machines, transportation machines, transmission equipments, electronic products and agriculture industries, etc. As a result of this products fine material behavior, decided the "Rhesent" product suited the more used situation, is better than other similar products.

  • Installation Attention

    To keep the bushing, housing dean before installing.

    The outside surface be covered a little grease or oil during installing, which help the process. And please do not use too much.

    The bushing should be pushed into housing slowly with mandrel (oil push machine is recommended), it is for hidden to hammer the part directly.

    We need your instructions if the housing wall is thin or made from soft metal in order not to destroy it.

    Zn order to simply the installment and keep the working layer, we recommend that the shaft should own chamfer and HRC45/RZZ-3. Gr plating layer is allowed.

    Grease and Oil are recommended in order to shorten the mending.

    Checking Method

    OD, checked by ring gauge with GO/NO GO

    ID, checked by plug gauge with GO/NO GO. The common wrapped bushing satisfy tolerance H9.

    The size of ring gauge & plug gauge are in comply with DIN1494 part 1.
